Who Is Larry Brown?

Larry Brown is the founder and creator of GreenIndustrySuccess.com, an Internet resource for providing tools and information to empower landscaping and lawn care contractors and entrepreneurs to more efficiently and effectively grow their business and to accomplish their goals and live their dreams.

Larry is an ALCA Certified Landscape Professional. In 1996, he founded Land Wizard LLC, in Atlanta Georgia. Land Wizard rapidly expanded, becoming one of Atlanta's premiere residential landscaping construction companies.

Larry also founded and quickly grew Atlanta's first U.S. Lawns franchise, quickly becoming one of the market leaders in the commercial landscape management arena. He served two years on the U.S. Lawns Franchise Advisory Board, and served as President in 2003.

As a Christmas Décor franchisee, Larry's franchises consistently performed at the top of over 350 Christmas Décor locations in the U.S. and Canada, exceeding $600,000.00 in holiday lighting and decorating sales in 2003. Larry served on the Franchise Advisory Council for Christmas Décor, Inc. for four years and served as its Chairman in 2001.

Larry and his company received numerous awards including Christmas Décor's “Franchise of the Year”, "Most Creative Lighting Display", and the organization's most coveted award presented to an individual: “The Presidents Leadership Award” in 2000, just to highlight a few. Their Holiday lighting designs have been featured in numerous publications, and continue to set the standard in the industry today.

Larry sold his Atlanta landscaping and holiday lighting businesses in 2003 to an outside investment group in order to realize his long time dream of relocating back to his childhood hometown of Natchez , Mississippi . He currently lives in Historic Natchez with his wife Sasha and daughter Ansley, and is involved in various community activities in Natchez:

Larry is a true entrepreneur and currently owns and operates several businesses, both online and off, and he is active in real estate development. Larry's business passion is marketing and he provides consulting services for Green Industry Professionals and Cosmetic Surgeons across the country. 

Larry's hobbies include water skiing, snow skiing and sport fishing.
